Full Stack Development

Join our dynamic engineering team as a Full Stack Developer where you’ll architect and deliver scalable web applications using Java Spring Boot and React.js. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into robust, high-performance solutions across the entire stack. This role offers the opportunity to mentor junior developers and shape the technical direction of impactful products.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development
• Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and React.js
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel)
• Proficiency in database technologies (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL)

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to design UI/UX flows and components in Figma
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
• Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems
• Understanding of security best practices in software development
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js
• Architecture & Design: Collaborate with architects and product owners to define scalable and modular system designs
• API Development: Build and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability
• UI/UX Integration: Translate wireframes and design prototypes into responsive, accessible user interfaces
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools like JUnit
• Code Reviews & Mentorship: Participate in peer reviews and support junior developers through technical guidance
• Agile Delivery: Contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery in Agile environments
