1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MalaysiaWorking.com (“Platform”), owned and operated by QBox Code Software Services, a company incorporated in India (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered users, job seekers, prospective investors and business owners, digital nomads, partner consultants, and any other person who accesses or interacts with the Platform.

2. Who We Are

MalaysiaWorking.com is a digital information and lead referral platform. We:

  • Aggregate and display job listings for informational purposes;
  • Publish guides, articles, calculators, and resources related to working, living, and doing business in Malaysia;
  • Operate a lead referral service connecting prospective clients with partner consultants in Malaysia;
  • Are not a recruitment agency, immigration firm, law firm, or financial advisory service.

We are incorporated and based in India. We do not have a registered office in Malaysia and do not hold any Malaysian regulatory licences.

3. Eligibility

By using this Platform you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You must not use the Platform if you are prohibited from doing so under the laws of your country of residence.

4. User Accounts and Registration

Certain features of the Platform require registration. You agree to:

(a) Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering;

(b) Maintain and promptly update your registration information;

(c) Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party;

(d) Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account;

(e) Notify us immediately at contact@malaysiaworking.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or are used in violation of these Terms.

5. Job Listings

5.1 Aggregated listings

Job listings on the Platform are aggregated from third-party sources including employer websites, job boards, and publicly available job advertisements. We do not create, own, or control these listings.

5.2 Application process

When you express interest in or apply for a job, we may collect your name and email address for the purpose of redirecting you to the original employer’s application page. You acknowledge that:

(a) Your application is made directly to the employer, not to MalaysiaWorking;

(b) We are not party to any employment relationship or negotiation;

(c) We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or outcome of any listing;

(d) The employer is solely responsible for any hiring decision.

5.3 No recruitment fees

MalaysiaWorking does not charge job seekers any fees for accessing job listings or being redirected to employer application pages.

6. Lead Referral Service

6.1 Nature of the service

Through various forms on the Platform, users may submit their details to be connected with partner consultants offering immigration, visa, company registration, MM2H, or related services. By submitting a form you acknowledge that:

(a) Your details will be shared with one or more verified partner consultants relevant to your enquiry;

(b) A partner consultant may contact you directly via the details you provide;

(c) We are not party to any contract or service agreement between you and any consultant;

(d) We do not guarantee any outcome from your engagement with a consultant.

6.2 No advisory relationship

Submitting a lead form does not create an advisory, legal, or fiduciary relationship between you and MalaysiaWorking.

6.3 Free to users

Lead referral services are provided free of charge to users. Revenue is generated from partner consultants who pay for lead access.

7. Calculators and Tools

Business cost calculators, investment calculators, and similar tools on the Platform generate estimates based on general assumptions and publicly available data. These tools are provided for indicative purposes only. No figure generated by any tool on this Platform should be relied upon as a basis for financial, legal, or investment decisions without independent professional verification.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

(a) Violate any applicable law or regulation;

(b) Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form;

(c) Attempt to circumvent security measures or access systems or data you are not authorised to access;

(d) Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data from the Platform without our written consent;

(e) Introduce malware, viruses, or any other harmful code;

(f) Impersonate any person or entity, including MalaysiaWorking or its staff;

(g) Engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the Platform;

(h) Use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, articles, guides, graphics, logos, code, calculators, and design — is owned by or licensed to QBox Code Software Services. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission;
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice from any content;
  • Create derivative works based on Platform content without written consent.

10. User Submissions

By submitting any content to the Platform — including form responses, reviews, or testimonials — you grant MalaysiaWorking a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

You warrant that any content you submit is your own, does not infringe any third-party rights, and is not defamatory, obscene, or unlawful.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party website or service. Links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

12.1 No warranties

The Platform and all its content, tools, and services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses.

12.2 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MalaysiaWorking and QBox Code Software Services shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand) or the amount you have paid to us in the three months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

12.3 Essential services disclaimer

MalaysiaWorking is not an essential services provider. We provide no guarantee of continuous service availability.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will endeavour to provide notice of material changes via the Platform or email where practicable. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time and without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, or resolved through arbitration as provided in our Partner Terms where applicable.
