Join a dynamic FMCG sales team dedicated to driving growth across supermarkets, convenience stores, and retail outlets. As a Sales Merchandiser, you will be the face of our brands on the ground, ensuring products are perfectly stocked, displayed, and priced to maximize sales. This role offers a fast-paced environment where your hustle directly impacts revenue and market presence.
Minimum Qualifications:
- SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
- Experience in FMCG sales or merchandising preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply
- Valid driving licence and own transport
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer outlets
Key Competencies:
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
- Able to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
- Immediate availability or short notice an advantage
Core Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain existing customer accounts (supermarkets, convenience stores, retail outlets)
- Develop new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Visit assigned outlets regularly to ensure products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and priced correctly
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment orders
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to achieve sales targets
- Execute merchandising activities, promotional displays, and product launches
- Monitor competitors’ products, pricing, and market activities
- Prepare sales reports, outlet visit reports, and other required documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and deliveries
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
