Senior Sales Executive (Frozen Fruits & Vegetables – MT)

Lead the Modern Trade sales team as a Senior Sales Executive for a fast‑growing frozen food importer in Malaysia. You will expand product listings across major hypermarkets and drive high‑impact promotional strategies.

• Experience: 5–8 years of sales experience within the FMCG sector (Modern Trade, hypermarkets and supermarkets)
• Product Experience: 5–8 years of experience with frozen fruits, vegetables, and pastries
• Performance: Result‑oriented, self‑motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced commercial environment
• Relationship Building: Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key buyers and category managers in major Modern Trade chains
• Promotional Management: Hands‑on experience with promotional planning, trade spend management, and shelf‑space negotiation
• Travel: Willingness to travel regularly

• Account Management: Drive sales growth, category performance, and volume targets across major hypermarkets and supermarket chains
• Listing & Business Expansion: Pitch and secure new product listings for frozen fruits, frozen vegetables, and pastry lines within existing and new retail accounts
• Promotional Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor annual promotional calendars, store activations, and end‑cap displays to drive off‑take
• Stock & Supply Coordination: Monitor store‑level stock cover, demand forecasting, and inventory rotation (cold‑chain requirements) to minimize out‑of‑stock situations
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain close working relationships with key category managers, retail buyers, and store‑level operations teams
