Senior Software Developer (C#, .NET Core)

Technical Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in C# and .NET Core development.
• Core Skills: Proven expertise in building RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions (Azure/AWS preferred).
• Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and ORM tools like Entity Framework.
• Front-end: Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Blazor) is a plus.
• DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently or in a team, strong communication in English, and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable C# and .NET Core applications to meet business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product owners, designers, QA) to define software specifications and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency, high availability, and efficient resource utilization.
• Implement secure coding practices and conduct code reviews to uphold best practices and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on architecture, coding standards, and problem-solving techniques.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks in the .NET ecosystem, and advocate for their adoption where applicable.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
